One thing we champion at Fortitude 17, whether we’re focusing on ourselves or our customers, from software testing to user training, is self-development. We’ve created a course dedicated to supporting end users by offering a series of modules, designed to cut to the chase and teach people the important things.

The Comprehensively Friendly IT Course encompasses the key activities and processes across a range of different applications, with focus on hardware and software.

With video guides and step-by-step voiceovers, we walk through common practices in Microsoft 365 (Office) and telecommunication programs including Microsoft Teams and Zoom, as well as showing users how to troubleshoot and work towards resolving any technical issues you encounter whilst using a computer. To consolidate your learning, we have carefully crafted end-of-chapter reviews ahead of the Final Review to complete the course.

For learners who already have good levels of confidence in some areas of IT, we’ve also broken out the content into modular offerings too! For users that sign up to study 4 modules simultaneously, a discount will be applied at checkout.
