This course is carefully crafted to “level up” your confidence as well as your technical capabilities when using your computing device. The course comprises of 5 modules and a final review to consolidate what you have learned throughout our learning plan. Our course material includes getting to grips with Microsoft’s Office 365 applications, becoming proficient in online and video calling platforms as well as reviewing how to explore helpful solutions when things don’t quite go as planned.

We also share how to access your computer’s virtual assistant, browsing the internet securely, how and when to troubleshoot a technical challenge plus useful guides on storage capabilities available to address and hone your organisational needs. All of our lessons are accompanied by voiceovers or video tutorials to support and maximise your learning.
